If you are experiencing issues with the Canvas platform, please view the Canvas support pages as we are unable to resolve issues unrelated to the assessment itself. 

If you are expecting a score report and it has been more than 14 days since your examination, please double check your spam or junk folder for any emails from aetca@aetca.org.
